Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

Registering within this app constitutes acceptance of this agreement. Please do not register an account if you do not abide to these terms.

1. No financial data of any kind of any users are stored in an electronic or other form.
2. Not all websites can be integrated with WebFX fully. All users, however, receive a one-page website that allows them to perform the effect. Users interested in a "pro" account are first recommended to attempt to integrate their image with their website first before upgrading.
3. Users wanting a custom image may have to wait for up to 7 working days after the date of sending a compliant image for conversion until receiving their converted image.
4. Anonymous analytics may collected within the WebFX application to allow its creator to deploy tactical fixes and enhancements. No personal data is gathered, nor is anything sent to any third parties.
5. WebFX is an online hosted service subject to technical failure, maintenance and downtime. Its creator cannot be held liable for any downtime that may occur with this product or any repercussions this may cause. The unlikely event of downtime may occur due to any technical failure, and no reimbursements will be given unless deemed significant by the creator of this application.
6. Refunds for the WebFX app are given by Apple in accordance with their terms and conditions. Refunds for any additional server hosted images will be honoured on a separate request to help@magicwebfx.com minus a prior hosting charge of £5 per month of usage to pay for bandwidth, and a flat charge of £10 for the initial pro image creation.
7. The creator of WebFX reserves the right to terminate a user's account in the event of lack of payment for services.
8. The password or passphrase used in this application is to prevent other users from changing your card or settings. Third parties may potentially be able to attain this data. Please do not use a sensitive password for this application.
9. No more than one account per user nor per Apple ID is permitted by this application.
10. The creator of WebFX reserves the right to change the WebFX product, price and features at any time without notice, as well as modify this Agreement and to impose new or additional terms on your use of this service.
11. Your data will not be shared with any third parties. In the interests of data security and protection, you can delete your account at any time by emailing help@magicwebfx.com with the subject "delete" and your username in the body of the email.
12. A full list of stored data (username, password (hashed), email address, name, date registered and your WebFX website information) can be requested and deleted at any point by emailing the above address.
